Each original painting is a one-of-a-kind artwork created and finished by hand. As with any handmade piece, minor variations and imperfections may occur and are part of the character of the artwork. Colours may also vary slightly from the images shown on screen.

Handle with clean, dry hands and avoid touching the painted surface. Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, humidity and extreme temperatures. Display indoors in a stable environment and avoid placing the artwork near heaters or air conditioners. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth and never use cleaning products or water on the painting.

All orders are carefully and securely packaged to help protect your artwork during transit and are shipped with a tracking number.

For all prints: Please allow 2-3 business days for printing. Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days from purchase. Buyer is responsible for any additional taxes, tariffs or customs fees applicable upon import.

PHERA Designs is not responsible for damage, loss or delays caused by the postal or delivery service once the parcel has been dispatched, except where otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
